HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER TRAINER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Benchmark Fuel runs with new customers
- Training drivers on demonstration runs and new deliveries
- Delivery of trucks / buses to customers
- Handover training on delivery of vehicles
- License, registration, roadworthy & police clearance of vehicles
- Movement of vehicles between bodybuilders and customers
- Assist with other general services and operations of the workshop as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Code CE driver’s license with PDP
- Valid passport
- Grade 12
EXPERIENCE
- Cross-border Driver experience of minimum 5-years and more
- Experience in the motor industry a recommendation
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative in assisting when required
- Team player with neat and professional outgoing personality
- Must be willing to work overtime and travel across border
- Perform well under pressure
- Good time management skills
- Must be energetic, organized and customer focused
ADDED ADVANTAGES / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High standard and work ethics a definite advantage
- Compliance certificate of Code of Conduct at Nampol is a requirement
- Namibian citizen / work permit
